Roles and Permissions
The system is permissions based, enabling responsibilities and access levels to be finely controlled.
Roles are a pre-defined set of permissions.
You can then go to the full list of permissions and add specific ones, giving you full control over what each user can see and do.
Training
- Any training a publisher has received is tracked.
- Publishers need to complete SMPW training before they can submit availability.
- Extra training courses and sessions can be created.
- This has been especially useful during large-scale training events such as TCS or the general retraining needed after the pandemic.
Reports
Reports make it easy to get the information you need for a whole variety of reasons. For example, see a list of publishers who have received a certain type of training or download a backup of the schedule.
