LSM has a fully integrated, built-in User Guide. This guide is permissions-based and tailored for different audiences—publishers, administrators, and technicians—so it explains the system according to the user’s role.

In conjunction with the FAQ section the User Guide has been a valuable tool in helping all to get used to the website and to reduce the influx of questions sent to overseers.

Admin Help Pages
Step-by-step documentation guides you through use of the many features LSM provides, allowing you to get the most out of using the application and ensuring help and explanations are always there if you get stuck.
Integration
Each page of the website has a ‘Help’ button in the top right corner that takes you to the corresponding page of the User Guide.
Then that User Guide page has a ‘Go to page’ button to take you back to the page you were on.
