The Alerts Feature
We implemented an ‘Alerts’ function in order to share important information on the home page.
You can customise start and end dates, select an appropriate icon and make use of colour coding based on alert type.
The My Tasks Page
The My Tasks page is designed to help manage a variety of responsibilities related to your SMPW work, for example stocking literature, cart maintenance, location reviews, etc.
They are similar to the job cards used by the LDC.
Activity and comments are tracked to ensure everything is running smoothly and jobs are not overlooked.
Adapting LSM to suit your cities needs
There are many ways LSM can be adapted to suit your cities needs.
One example is how you organise SMPW overseers.
Some cities have overseers per day and others have overseers per location, so amongst the settings there are options for both Day Overseers and Location Overseers.
The selection you make changes how information is displayed through the site so that publishers know who to contact and how you would like them to do so.
