A: The LSM is completely free of charge. We do not ask for or accept any payment for its use.

Each city that adopts the LSM will need to have its own domain and hosting service (servers) and cover the cost of these. However, these costs are minimal and are usually the same as what the city is already paying for its current system.

In London, the team covers all the development, maintenance, updates, and security instead, ensuring that the system remains up to date and fully functional. The latest version is always shared with all cities — again, completely free of charge.
